How To Design And Establish Social And Sustainable Affordable Housing For Communities

By using the Nightingale Housing model and AssembleFutures concept, this panel will explore how socially, and environmentally responsive models are realised including build-to-rent, community services, tenure structures, design, and construction. We will also look at the rising demand for these asset types and explore how developers are being incentivized to deliver social infrastructure as part of their portfolios.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this presentation, you should be able to:

  • Understand ways to create viable, yet aesthetic and functional, affordable housing options for communities.
  • Understand how socially and environmentally responsive social models are realised.
  • Understand how rising demand for material reductionism is leading developers to increasingly deliver social infrastructure as part of their portfolios.
