Sustainability Certifications & Compliance – Why This Means Everything For Your Business?

The basic objectives of sustainability are to reduce consumption of non-renewable resources, minimize waste, and create healthy, productive environments. There are literally hundreds of sustainability certifications for the built environment and the number is set to rise as the focus on certifying buildings continues to increase. In this session, we compare commonly used standards and/or certifications and see what environmental concepts are covered by these standards and where best to apply those principles within the built environment.
