Sam Bowstead

Sam is an Architect and Associate at Brisbane firm JDA Co and has been heavily involved in the firm’s climate resilient architecture work since its inception in 2011. JDA Co are leaders in flood, bushfire and storm resilient design and are currently advising on the QLD Government’s Resilient Homes Fund. Sam’s own house flooded at the beginning of the year and the flood resilient design strategies he incorporated have been featured in the Sydney Morning Herald, BBC and ABC Television.
