Melissa Herrmann

Melissa Herrmann is the Industry Engagement Manager for Fairview. Her role involves connecting with people in the construction industry, gaining insights into what issues professionals are facing and helping her clients find ways forward, with aesthetically pleasing and safe cladding solutions for their projects. Melissa comes from a design background with 15 years’ experience in product design, offshore manufacturing and trend forecasting, with a Bachelor of Arts (Design) from RMIT. She transitioned into the construction industry in 2014 and has not looked back. Her journey with Fairview began in 2017 as an Architectural Consultant, and she has been in her current role since January 2019.
