Luke Thornton

Offering a unique and detailed approach to his role, Senior Development Manager Luke has an innate ability to foster strong relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsible for end-to-end development management, from commercial to technical, Luke keeps stakeholders at the forefront of all decisions bringing both positivity and pragmatism to challenges that arise to achieve desired project goals.

Alongside Beulah’s Executive Director, Luke provides leadership support to the wider development team, utilising his unique experience curating both boutique and large city-shaping projects from bespoke hyper luxury homes to supertall towers, to solve complex challenges and work cohesively with project collaborators.

Luke has played a significant role in the evolution of Beulah’s $2.7billion tower, STH BNK By Beulah, a boundary pushing multi-use precinct aspiring to set a benchmark in sustainability for skyscrapers. Set to become the tallest vertical garden in the world, the tower will feature an external garden that will reach a total of 5.5 kilometres, a rooftop sky garden and a multitude of public and green spaces, including ‘pocket parks’.

Resourceful and visionary, he is a stickler for keeping to deadlines and objectives, maintaining a stop-at-no-length approach — perfectly aligned to Beulah’s overall vision and commitment to excellence.

Prior to joining Beulah, Luke has been involved in managing large scale residential, hotel and mixed-use projects in Australia, Asia and the Middle East.

In his spare time, Luke can be found spending time at his family’s farm in South Gippsland, travelling or cycling.
