Liam is the Founder and Managing Director of HIP V. HYPE, a property development and engineering and sustainability consulting practice enabling socially responsible, environmentally sustainable and commercially intuitive solutions for a better, more resilient built environment. Trained in Architecture, Urban Design, Property, and now with two decades of private sector property development experience, Liam founded HIP V. HYPE in 2015 which has grown into an internationally recognised business operating at the forefront of sustainable development, design, strategy and advisory.
