Meringo SeaView Pavilion

Ecoshelta with TasTec

The Meringo Seaview pavilion is an addition to an existing old farmhouse now a family home on a headland estate on the south coast of NSW. The isolated pavilion sits away from the main traditional farmhouse building and is elevated to capture the coastal views from the headland. It is a retreat for the parents of this family providing a simple kitchen and living area and a large bedroom and ensuite. It is linked to the house by an elevated ramped bridge walkway with an alfresco dining pavilion and grandstand stair half way between the house and the pavilion. It is constructed with the Ecoshelta prefabricated alloy frame building system, manufactured in Sydney and shipped down to the site as a flat pack.
