Eastern Creek Quarter (ECQ) is a new super-neighbourhood centre serving a growing Western Sydney catchment with a unique and compelling offer focused on convenience, dining and entertainment, within a sustainable, beautiful asset for the local community. ECQ has transformed a section of a greenfield site, connecting visitors to the natural environment and a thriving community hub. The first stage of ECQ has an end value of $72 million and, building on the success of Stage 1, there are plans for two further stages. The centre serves 330,000 people within a 15-minute drive and 1.2 million people within a 30-minute drive.
