Carland Constructions exists to build homes that are healthier, more comfortable, and built to last a century, not to the minimum the code allows. Their view is blunt: the standard Australian home is not good enough. Over recent years, they deliberately transformed from a standard builder into a certified Passive House specialist, and that shift is the heart of their strategy.

Crucially, they have structured the business to bring better building to a wider market, not just the top end. They offer three tiers: Certified Passive House, High Performance, and High Efficiency. This lets clients enter high-performance building at a level they can afford, rather than sustainability being a luxury reserved for a few.
