Russell’s experience in R&D means he is familiar with many of the emerging technologies, innovations and market influences that are likely to impact the industry in the future.

Russell has held the post of Technical Manager at Australian Window Association since 2016. The position involves industry training, involvement in Australian Standards committees, industry communication, technical support, and liaising with other industry associations.
