Paul Mead is a founding Director of Kernel Property. He represents commercial office tenants across Australia on a range of matters including adaptive reuse. Paul is a Chartered Building Surveyor by background and his area specialism is resolving end of lease make good obligations for tenants, where material waste is a particularly problematic issue.
