Paul Mead

Paul Mead is a founding Director of Kernel Property. He represents commercial office tenants across Australia on a range of matters including adaptive reuse. Paul is a Chartered Building Surveyor by background and his area specialism is resolving end of lease make good obligations for tenants, where material waste is a particularly problematic issue.

A core value Paul bring to his everyday work is to “always look to reclaim, recycle and reuse”! He has a strong view on sustainability issues in the commercial property industry, particularly in relation to matters surrounding make good, material waste and adaptive reuse.
