Neil is an award-winning architect with a diverse project portfolio developed in leading practices across Australia, Singapore and London. As the Regional Transport Leader for Australia and New Zealand at Woods Bagot, Neil is a strategic, client-focused design leader instrumental in expanding the firm’s regional rail sector with a range of transformational mixed-use and transport projects, including Sydney’s Central Station, Crows Nest Station, Perth’s Morley to Ellenbrook Line rail extension and the Western Sydney International Airport.
Neil works closely with both government and private clients in advisory and design leadership capacities with large, multi-disciplinary teams. He was recently the Technical Advisor and Design Review Panelist for Brisbane’s Cross River Rail Development Authority and previously the Design Lead for the NRT consortia’s successful bid for Sydney’s North West Metro. Neil is drawn to clients and projects that have the capacity to inspire people, transform places into sustainable urban environments, and support social cohesion well into the future.
