Martin Fenn

With a rich trade background in carpentry and joinery, Martin has over 25 years of construction experience across the UK, New Zealand, and Australia. He’s led major offsite projects, reshaped contracts for modern methods, improved how builders and manufacturers work together, and helped to unlock finance for offsite construction.

He also serves as the MMC Lead for Oceania with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), the world’s largest professional body for construction management. In this role, he spearheads a strategic alliance of peak bodies worldwide, uniting change-makers to share knowledge and accelerate industry transformation on a global scale.
