Maria Yanez

Maria joined the Nightingale Housing development team in 2021 primarily in site acquisition and feasibility massing schemes, while also providing back-up support in town planning, design development and contributing to the team with her graphic design skills.
 
A talented communicator with a dedication to creating change in the way housing is delivered in Australia, Maria also heads up advocacy for Nightingale and is often invited to speak at events, host tours and share her passion for Nightingale with the media.
 
Maria is a graduate of the Master of Architecture program at the University of Melbourne, having worked over 3 years for a private architecture firm back in her hometown, Santiago de Chile.
