Katinka Day

Katinka is a campaigner and policy specialist having achieved change on a broad range of issues. She leads WWF Australia’s work on plastics to achieve new laws, policies and innovation to reduce plastic pollution in our oceans.

Her background in advocacy has focused on issues pertaining to conservation, food labelling and health and sustainability. In these areas, Katinka has achieved changes to federal and state-based laws and secured improved business practices from multinational corporations.

Prior to working in the not-for-profit sector, Katinka worked for the Australian Trade Commission and Ernst & Young. She is currently completing her MBA at the University of Technology Sydney.
