Johanna Lim

Johanna Lim is a Research Associate in the Strategic Technologies Program at the United States Studies Centre. Her research focuses on AI, data centres and digital infrastructure, and their implications for energy systems, industrial policy, and technology governance. Previously, she was an Analyst at Mandala Partners, where she contributed to published research on AI, trade, data centres and critical technologies. Johanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, with a focus on International Economy and Security, from the University of British Columbia.
