HY William Chan is an urban innovator designing resilient and inclusive cities for people. He is a TED speaker and is featured in the ’30 Under 30′ lists by Forbes (industry, manufacturing and energy) and GreenBiz (sustainability leadership) for 2019.
A Convocation and University Medallist in Architecture, William’s design work has been exhibited globally across 40 cities. He is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and Cities Fellow with the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network. His leadership appointments have included the Cox Architecture Board of Management Design and Marketing Committee, University of Sydney Architecture, Design and Planning Board, and City of Sydney’s Expert Panel to the Sydney 2050 Citizens Jury.
