Harriet Oswald

Driven to create design that is functional, elegant, and responsive to the environment and social contexts, Harriet is an accomplished architect with global experience.

Harriet joined Grimshaw in 2019 and now leads the Melbourne ESG Portfolio, which supports the delivery of the studio’s commitment to carbon-neutral business operations, net-zero carbon-ready designs by 2025, and socially and environmentally regenerative designs by 2030.

Currently, Harriet is the project lead for 99-117 Islington Street – the site of Revival Projects’ Zero Footprint Repurposing hub – which is set to be transformed into a contemporary warehouse workplace. She is also leading the Twelve Apostles Precinct Redevelopment, a Co-design Partnership with Eastern Maar that seeks to achieve ecological, social, and environmental regenerative outcomes.
