Elham Monavari

Elham Monavari is the Head of Green Star Strategic Delivery at the Green Building Council of Australia. She is responsible for the strategic delivery of Green Star rating tools through the provision of certification services for all rating tools.  

She’s managing the transformation of the certification process into an online delivery service, including revamping GBCA’s Quality Management System process to suit the new solution.   

Elham led the creation of the new Green Star Homes rating tool for the Green Building Council of Australia. This revolutionary rating tool promises to drive down emissions by 70,000 tonnes over the next decade.  

A thought leader with a proven track record she’s shaped environmental and social sustainability outcomes at the local, national and international levels and is the winner of Property Council of Australia’s National Association for Women in Construction Contribution to Sustainability 2021.
