Blair Parkinson

Blair Parkinson is a Woods Bagot Associate Principal with over 18 years’ experience across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. Blair is currently leading the design and delivery of St. Clare – an early retirement living precinct located in the leafy suburb of Kew, Melbourne. Since inception, the project has been embedded with design principles focusing on longevity of the built form, incorporating key elements of biophilic design and designing for ageing in place.
