Dominika Richards

Deicke Richards

Dominika is a registered architect at Deicke Richards with over 7 years’ architectural experience across a wide range of projects in multi-residential and commercial sectors.

Dominika finds fulfilment in working on affordable housing projects as well as having experience across independent living, education, health and community projects. Dominika is the Sustainability Lead at Deicke Richards and has a passion for advancing socially and ecologically sustainable design practices. She is a committee member for AIA Qld Climate and Sustainability Action Group (CASC) and facilitates the AIA Living Design Series webinars.

Dominika was selected as a speaker at the prestigious Passivhaus Australia National Conference “Thrive 2025” in June in Melbourne where she spoke about the BMB training facility as a case study in subtropical learning environments. She is also an active member of Architects Climate Action Network Australia (ACAN), Architects Declare and several other sustainability focused initiatives.

Dominika is passionate about fostering communities through sustainable architecture and believes that a true difference can be made in the way we live through climate responsive, regenerative design, spatial configuration, and architectural articulation.
