This proposed scheme offers and alternative to the standard urban development in our major Australian cities, which is to simply densely cover each building site with higher tall buildings. The proposed scheme uses medium rise buildings in a linked configuration in order to provide more sustainable and safer environments for both the occupants of the development and the city alike.
